The Corporate department at this leading international practice boasts a superb client list across both the public and private sectors. As the Department continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for a junior to mid-level Corporate Associate to join this highly-regarded practice.
The Corporate practice at this firm are in an unusual position in being able to offer a breadth and variety of work not often seen within City firms. Applicants will enjoy access to M&A, Private Equity, and AIM work, as well as Commercial Contracts and IP/IT matters.
The successful applicant will have gained solid experience across a broad range of Corporate/Commercial work within a comparable practice at either a leading City, National, or Regional practice.
