Are you a Corporate Solicitor interested in an opportunity to join an ambitious, growing and quality-driven Top 200 firm? This award-winning heavyweight firm, who are renowned for their depth of expertise and stature, are looking for likeminded solicitors to join their already strong team on the South coast.
The Firm
With offices spanning over the South Coast, London and Berkshire, the firm are a truly well-established practice. They are experiencing a period of real growth and are looking to enhance their already reputable nature.
The firm have recently experienced over a 25% rate of growth and have been recorded as one of the fasted growing law firm on the South coast. This firm employs over 200 highly skilled staff and are looking to strengthen this with ambitious, and quality-driven solicitors.
The Role
This firm are looking for a Corporate Solicitor ideally with 5+ PQE to join their flourishing Portsmouth, Hampshire office.
You will be collaborating with partners of the firm on high-quality caseloads. Mergers, acquisitions, shareholder agreements (and many more) will all be included within the caseload of this role.
You will work on dynamic caseloads built from years of the firm servicing local clients; they have excellent community links and a varied client base. This highly regarded corporate team specialises in; Corporate Restructuring, M & A's, Shareholder agreements and Banking and Finance.
Requirements:
- You will ideally have at least 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
- You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate and dependant on salary
- You will have experience in the Corporate law
- Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
