Leading US Firm – 4 PQE Restructuring Associate: Entrepreneurial Team, Outstanding Future Prospects

We are working with the restructuring practice of a leading US firm in London, as they seek a strong mid-senior associate to join their team.

A notable name for restructuring work in the US, the team in London represents multinational companies, lenders, and creditors on a variety of matters.  In particular the restructuring of distressed debt and Chapter 11 proceedings.

Ideally, candidates will have gained at least 4 years’ post-qualified restructuring experience at a well-established practice in the City.  Given the high-profile nature of the work done within the practice, exposure to international matters is key.

Entrepreneurial lawyers would fit in very well for this particular role and the partners are seeking an individual comfortable managing matters and delegating to junior members of the team, with future ambitions to grow their practice and generate their own client following.  Additionally, the overall salary package is very competitive, and the firm will be paying US rates.
