£50,000 ++ DOE
Are you looking to work for a top tier full service firm handling some of the most complex Claimant PI and Clinical Negligence work to include birth defects, brain and spinal injury claims? Our highly rated and regarded client are now looking to grow their team further and seek an experienced practitioner to work alongside leaders in their respective fields. You will work on your own diverse and interesting case-load whilst mentoring more junior members of the team.
You will have a thorough understanding of the CPR and pre action protocols as they relate to personal injury and clinical negligence claims and must have an understanding of the Rehabilitation Code. Skills required will include team work, initiative, great communication and self-management, flexibility, a 'can do' attitude, an enthusiasm to learn new things and the ability to be an impressive ambassador for the Department and firm.
