Our client is nationally known for their personal injury and clinical negligence work. They now seek an NQ + Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team based in Surrey to work on Claimant Clinical Negligence matters , which will include complex and or high value claims. You will assist the partners on the higher value and more complex cases whilst at the same time running your own case-load.
You will be between NQ to 4 years' PQE with experience of running a clinical negligence case-load, possess good people management skills, including an ability to lead, supervise and mentor both individuals and teams successfully. You will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of clinical negligence work, including complex and/or high value matters and substantial experience of handling multi-track/catastrophic litigated work.
