Regulatory Associate - 12 month FTC
Pro-Legal has been tasked with securing an experienced Regulatory Associate for a highly regarded London Law Firm on a fixed term basis.

- Would you like to work for one of the largest Regulatory teams in the country?
The Role
The role requires an experienced Regulatory Associate to manage an investigatory caseload surrounding accusations of misconduct due to health issues and preparing cases for panel and committee hearings. The work is incredibly interesting and complex with a variety of challenging cases.
- Preparations of case plans;
- Collection of factual evidence;
- Interview witnesses;
- Review of expert reports;
- Draft and review legal documents;
- Present to Practice Committees.
What Skills do you Need?
- 2+ years PQE;
- England & Wales qualified Solicitor;
- Proactive, professional and confidential approach;
- Experience working within a regulatory team.
