Our client is a Magic Circle law firm with one of the leading Russian corporate practices in the region, and a large and thriving high profile Moscow office.

Its market leading Tier1 Russian Corporate M&A Practice is regularly involved in most headline regional and cross border M&A and JV transactions.

The  partners on the ground in Moscow are keen to hire a talented junior UK qualified lawyer into the English law practice.  Working with other, more senior English qualified lawyers as well as Russian lawyers, on the ground in Moscow, you will have a wide ranging workload with a higher level of autonomy and responsibility and client contact than you might expect in other jurisdictions.

Your profile should be as follows:

- English/common law newly qualified lawyer with training from a respected global law firm in London;
- Strong academic history;
- At least 6 months' corporate M&A experience during training;
- Willingness to relocate to Moscow.
