This genuinely leading boutique city law firm has seen significant growth in its non-contentious construction team over the last few years. The team has had great success in both leveraging from the firm’s superb real estate client base and building stand-alone clients. The team’s turnover has doubled over the last few years.  As such, another partner is needed to add more bench strength and to further grow and develop the practice. A mix of non-contentious and contentious experience would be an ideal compliment to the current offering.

There are clear opportunities to leverage further work, particularly on the contentious side, from the firm’s real estate and construction client base. Examples of our client’s practice include projects relating to shopping centres, universities and colleges, industrial estates, offices, retail parks and major mixed use urban sites. Clients include funds, developers, employers, landlords and investors.

The successful candidate will be marketed across the firm's institutional clients and will in turn be able to capitalise on some excellent relationships and a superb platform and reputation. Our client offers a genuinely collegiate environment. You in turn will need a City firm background, a strong track record as a non-contentious and/or contentious construction specialist, clear client skills, some client following and the ambition and drive to help to build the practice.
