Trade Lawyer(US qualified)-International Firm/London-2++ PQE

We have instructions on a new Trade role with the London office of an international firm. This hugely exciting role will work closely with a renowned expert in this area, so this is a fantastic career opportunity.

The remit of this role will be very broad and involve all manner of trade and export issues involving US laws and regulations (as well as those in other jurisdictions), in particular, and legislative decisions, export controls and sanctions, and white collar/government investigations. You will be advising an established client base of companies and institutions on highly confidential and important matters.

Applicants must be qualified in the US. The ideal level of experience sought is between three to five years', however we will consider strong applicants outside of this level. Previous experience in London is welcome but is not needed. Whilst disputes and investigatory issues will be part of the role, we are not necessarily seeking a disputes lawyer.

Salary package will be competitive and dependent on experience.
