They are keen to speak to associates with experience across a range of sectors and will encourage the development of any areas of specialism. In particular the firm would be interested in individuals with M&A and private equity experience in the energy, financial services, and insurance sectors, although TMT and Retail expertise would also be of interest.

The Corporate practice is largest in the London office, which is also the focus of growth globally for the firm. They advise high profile clients on the full range of M&A, private equity, and ECM matters, with particular expertise advising on energy and infrastructure deals. Over 75% of the team’s transactions involve more than three jurisdictions.

The firm has a range of flexible working options which it is happy to tailor to individuals needs. They also have a number of facilities on site, including a roof top garden, restaurant, and GP surgery. The firm has won several awards and accolades for its innovation and working environment.
