Investment Funds Associate - Silver Circle - London - 2-5PQE

A silver circle firm has instructed Jameson Legal on an associate role within their Investment funds group in London. The team has had a strong start to the year and feel there is a need to bring in a mid-level associate to complement the teams already highly successful offering.

The team advises on all aspects of investment funds and pooled investment, such as the structuring of a vehicle, to the legal, regulatory and taxation aspects of building a fund as well as broad general operations. The work has a particular focus on infrastructure and real estate funds in a number of jurisdictions internationally.

The ideal candidate will be qualified in England & Wales and have between 2 - 5 years experience working within a strong funds practice in the city. They will need to of had some exposure to infrastructure and real estate funds but this does not need to be the sole focus coming into the team. Strong interpersonal skills in order to integrate well into the team as well as being keen on business development.
