An established City law firm are looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Commercial Litigation associate to join their growing London team. The practice are looking for an individual between the 3-5PQE mark. In return, the firm can offer the chance to join a close-knit and friendly team, undertake a particularly broad role and a work/life balance that may not be possible at most City firms.

The new joiner will be exposed to a variety of disputes including; contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, civil fraud claims and contentious insolvency matters. The firm's commercial litigation team are ranked by a variety of independent directories and handle cases in every tier of the court system from the county court to the Supreme Court. The role will also involve advising on multi-jurisdictional disputes.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience from a respected regional, City or International firm. Additional advocacy experience and exposure to civil fraud work would be highly advantageous.
