Russian Speaking Contract Specialist - Bristol - Offering Fantastic Salary & Benefits
My Bristol based client requires a Russian speaker to join their contracts team asap initially for 6 months.
You will be responsible for reviewing and marking-up Russian contractual documents whilst ensuring compliance with applicable policies.
Your responsibilities and duties will include; reviewing and marking-up or drafting a wide variety of complex commercial agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, master services agreement, Escalation Memos, Alliance Agreements, Consulting Services Agreement ("CSA"), Master Agreements/Proposal / RFP / RFQ / RFI whilst ensuring compliance with applicable policies.
You will be knowledgeable about contract terms, structure, and best practices, or transactions from a legal standpoint.
You will have experience in recognising contractual legal risks and experience in reviewing Russian language contracts with a sound understanding of contract law.
Previous contract drafting or review experience or the equivalent educational experience will be an advantage.
You must be fluent in Russian and English
This is a 6 month fixed term contact role with a view to start asap.
