THE FIRM:
Our client is a leading regional law firm based on the South Coast with an enviable track record advising both commercial and private clients.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a commercial property solicitor to join an outstanding commercial property team advising clients across all property and planning matters.
You will working on a diverse caseload, working on commercial/mixed use development including in the retail & leisure sectors.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this role you will be at the 3-6PQE level with a proven track record from a national or regional firm with an established property department.
You will have a sound grounding in a variety of commercial property work including landlord and tenant, and be capable of working with and developing long-term client relationships.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have some experience of supporting team members.
