Job Details
Rare opportunity to join an established, small City firm and work alongside the lead corporate/commercial partner.
My client is a smaller City firm, with an all encompassing offering including all aspects of commercial litigation, real estate, employment, on shore private client (tax, trusts, wills and probate) and company commercial/corporate.
The opportunity has arisen due to a partner resignation therefore the successful candidate will inherit a caseload comprising a broad range of private M&A, JV, company commercial/commercial contracts work.
Applications will be considered from those candidates, who want to work within a smaller, collaborative firm and be exposed to the full range of corporate/commercial matters across a broad range of industry sectors.
The partners value a work/life balance therefore remote working is positively encouraged.
