As a junior Commercial Property Solicitor it is important to be involved with both high value transactions and interesting Real Estate developments. This firm has experienced real growth in recent years, they have opened a Northern office which has already tripled in size with many heavyweight hires. Their International growth continues to go from strength to strength with them dealing more with clients in China and India. You will find Lawyers in this firm are not just technically strong, but are excellent, dynamic business developers.

This firm has offices in both the City and West End, as well as the in the North. They are ranked in the Legal 500, with several Lawyers being ranked as leaders in their field. The firm is highly profitable and well managed, and in recent years they have won many awards. They are a dynamic, entrepreneurial and forward-thinking firm. There are a real collegiate culture and an open-door policy; it is common for NQ's to work side on side with Partners working on several matters at any one time, giving you a level of exposure you simply would just not find at other firms.

The role

The firm is seeking to hire an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to join their flourishing head office based in the heart of the West End of London.

The Commercial Property department deals with an excellent quality of work across a broad client base, ranging from SME, OMB right up to well-known household names with an impressive roster of National companies. You will find that there is a varied caseload, which will make for a much more interesting role. The caseload will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial leases, Landlord and tenant, Development and Portfolio management.

This role comes with excellent prospects for career growth and progression. The firm has taken a number of its Partners from a junior level right to the top of the firm and has an excellent track record for doing so.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1 - 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE as the firm are seeking to hire at the junior and senior ends)
  • You should have good experience of running your own Commercial Property caseload
  • You will have a good technical knowledge
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • You should have a positive outlook and work well within a team
  • Salary is market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package.
