The Role
You will be joining a rapidly growing legal team and sit at the beating heart of the company to deliver their ambitious plans to acquire & develop new sites across Europe & North America.
Recent deals have seen the team acquire sites across London, Berlin, Chicago and New York as well as completing other functions to achieve the companies strategies.
You will find this to be a varied but exciting role that will be highly rewarding whilst giving you the autonomy to get on and do the job.
This role will have a expose you to Corporate Real Estate matters including but not limited to; M&A's, JV's, Structured Financing, Investment Agreements, Development Agreements, Property Agreements, Asset Agreements, Venture Capital Investment, Private Equity Investment and Takeout Vehicles.
On top of this you will be involved in negotiating & developing relationships with developers, lenders, negotiating with suppliers and protecting the brand whilst covering other general legal queries.
Ultimately, you need to be someone who can balance multiple-projects at once, be happy to take the lead and be accountable and be driven to work in dynamic & high-energy environment with the wish to continually grow and develop.
The successful candidate will ideally be both fluent in English & German. This role will initially be a 3-6 month contract with the potential to grow in to a permanent position during an exciting growth period.
Requirements
- Ideally you will have 5+ years PQE from a top firm background
- Be able to show you have taken the lead on transactions and worked well in a team
- Demonstrate energy, ambition, confidence and above all honesty
- Flexible to interacting with both legal & non-legal professionals

- Fluency in German & English would be a bonus
