£80,000-£110,000 +++ DOE
Our client is one of the UK's leading full service law firms and is looking for a Commercial Partner to join their Hampshire office.
This highly rated team works with some fantastic names including NHS Bodies, international banks, tech companies and local government, providing advice on a wide range of commercial matters including data protection, franchising, procurement, manufacturing and licensing.
You will primarily assist on a range of commercial projects transactions but will also work on a variety of commercial and trading agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, terms and conditions, distribution and agency agreements, research and collaboration agreements, all aspects of data protection compliance and advice, I.T contracts, IP licensing agreements and consumer contracts.
