Job Details
Our client, a silver circle law firm based in the city are seeking a Paralegal to join their Funds team on an 18-month fixed term contract basis.
To be considered, you must have previous funds experience, with good computer skills (fluent in MS Word and PowerPoint). This role will involve working very closely with the associates, therefore we are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal skills, as well as candidates who are highly organised and proactive.
Duties will involve drafting regulatory notices, drafting and arranging Companies House filings, preparation of transaction bibles and drafting ancillary deal documents and general paralegal task.
