Opportunity for a mid-level associate to join one of the major business restructuring and insolvency practices in the City. This practice is widely recognised as one of the top rated in its field. Over the past few years, the practice has had major roles in almost every high profile restructuring and insolvency case.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work within a broad practice acting for banks, funds, insurance companies and insolvency practitioners in a wide range of financial and industry sectors. The work also often has an international dimension and you will work closely with their offices in Asia, Europe and the US.

To be considered you should have previous experience of business restructuring and banking work ideally gained in a Top 20 UK / US firm in the City. Good technical skills are essential, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues, work well in a team, mentor more junior lawyers and communicate fluently.
