Are you a Commercial Property Senior Associate with 8 years PQE looking for a step up in terms of responsibility? Perhaps you are in a top-heavy team looking for a route for career progression? Equally, this role would suit a Partner looking for a lateral move to a top tier Real Estate department.

The Role
The firm are seeking to hire a Real Estate Senior Associate / Partner into their thriving City of London office.
The firm has one of the largest and most highly ranked Real Estate teams in the market, they have won numerous awards in recent years. You will lead the Partner and will be at the forefront of this industry leading team, you will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.
This award-winning team, top tier department has been growing in recent years. You will deal with high-quality work which will include; Landlord and tenant, Acquisitions and disposals, Development and Investment work.
Requirements
- You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE
- You will have a track record in terms of billings and business development
- First class interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- Salary is very competitive and dependent on your background, plus an industry leading benefits package
