TRUSTS & PRIVATE CLIENT (BERMUDA) (3 - 5 PQE) (£180, 000 - £200,000) (UK GROSS COMPARATOR)

The Bermuda office of this highly regarded major offshore firm are currently looking to hire a trusts and private client lawyer with between 3 - 5 years' PQE. You must be admitted in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada and have gained significant experience of acting for ultra high-net worth individuals in international trust and estate planning work, within a major City or national law firm. The role will involve working with a broad range of international private clients and institutions in the area of personal and commercial trusts, structuring transactions, as well as contributing to marketing and other business development initiatives. You will also be involved in advising the firm's licensed trust company on day-to-day legal issues including trustees'' duties and obligations owed to beneficiaries, as well as the review of contracts.
