This position is to be facilitated by the legal consultancy arm of one of the world's most well recognised law firms, but will ultimately be sat in the office of their client - a very well-respected global bank.

Description

This position is for a leveraged finance legal counsel and will thus entail providing counsel & legal support on a range of commercial banking transactions, particularly those which are strategically important or particularly complex. The team primarily specialises within the Mid-Market to Large Corporate space.

Profile

The successful leveraged finance legal counsel will have a sound knowledge of banking & corporate law concepts, a substantial understanding of leveraged finance documentation, including - commercial grids, mandate/ engagement letters, term sheets, loan facility, intercreditor and ancillary documentation for cross-border transactions.

Previous in-house experience would be beneficial, but is by no means a prerequisite for the role.
