In-house Solicitor - Birmingham

Our client is a hugely successful business whose reputation is founded from working across a diverse clientele of SMEs. With a headcount of 300 spread across 6 offices in the UK, this role will have a focus on developing and managing key relationships across the consultancy. The position is based in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Lawyer to work on diverse legal matters:

• Corporate matters such as business sales, acquisitions, restructures and MBOs.
• Commercial matters including commercial contracts and IP matters.
• Employment law matters such as employment contracts, service agreements and settlement agreements.
• Commercial property matters.

This role will ideally suit a Lawyer who has worked diversely across transactional matters. You will be a UK & Wales qualified solicitor and have a minimum of 4 years legal experience in corporate, commercial and property transactions. You will also have a demonstrated skill, knowledge and ability to work independently on various legal matters as well as collaboratively when required. You will have good time management skills and be able to deal clearly, concisely and pragmatically with specific legal issues as and when required.
