A highly-regarded City law firm are looking for an experienced Corporate associate to join their growing team in London. The firm are well-known for their friendly and collegiate culture and can offer a competitive salary as well as a work/life balance that may not be possible at most City firms.

The successful candidate will sit within the M&A team of the firm's Corporate Department. The work includes; M&A, Private Equity, AIM and Investment transactions across a wide variety of sectors. The firm's International and national client base consists of high net worth families, overseas investors and businesses in the retail space. The new joiner will play a leading part in the practice's growth and work closely with junior members of the team to supervise their work and develop their experience.

The firm are looking for an individual with a minimum of six years of post-qualification experience ideally with management experience within a leading regional or City practice. Experience in AIM work would also be advantageous but is not a prerequisite to be considered for the role.
