Education Partner, West Midlands, 7+ PQE, UK Leading law firm, Salary circa £80,000 - £160,000

The Partnership is made up of a group of highly talented, ambitious and likeable individuals who are driven and focused in their determination to grow the firm. I have worked for the firm for a number of years and have seen them grow over a period of time and have also seen individuals whom I have placed within the firm truly develop their career and progress through the partnership structure in the firm. This is a firm where the more you put in the more you genuinely get out both in terms of career progression but also financial recognition.

The firm have made a number of exciting hires and are in a strong position having recently won a number of new clients. The firm have a niche specialism in education and due to an unprecedented level of instructions are now seeking to appoint an additional Education Partner into their busy team. As you would expect the clients you will be working with will comprise of educational establishments and the caseload will focus on a mix of work ranging form commercial work through to policies, compliance and complaints. You may be experienced in establishing academies and free schools, trust schools and working on operational issues. The successful candidate must have experience of working within the education sector. Candidates must be driven, ambitious and determined but above all must have a primary focus on delivering excellent service to their client's. As part of the interview process candidates will be required to write and deliver a business plan. This business plan will then start to form part of your job specification and your key responsibilities for the first year of working with the firm. You will have developed a number of key relationships with your clients who will be keen to follow you to a new firm and who will instruct you on future matters. This firm is genuinely one which is an exciting place to be and can offer a supportive but also exciting environment to work in. Beginning  her career as a Legal Resourcer supporting the Midlands and South West division, Cassie was promoted to Legal Consultant, focusing on the recruitment of permanent staff within the East Anglia region. She consistently places Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals in firms ranging from small / high street firms to leading City practices. Described as “professional, approachable, efficient, encouraging and supportive”.

Pasquale Agatiello – In – House Senior Legal Consultant

Pasquale is a specialist recruitment professional with many years’ experience working for some of the most reputable global recruitment organisations in the world. Specialising in in-house legal recruitment he has developed influential client relationships with key organisations across the IT, telecommunications, energy, FMCG and financial services sectors. He has developed an extensive network of active and passive candidates from around the EMEA region, thus ensuring clients and candidates work with an expert who really understands their business and is ideally placed to meet their strategic hiring requirements. Louise Evans – Legal Locum Consultant

Louise previously worked in the legal sector for many years before moving into legal recruitment. Her particular strengths are communication and dedication to deliver. Throughout her career she has built a solid understanding of the legal industry, which equips her to assist in the best possible way. Her role included amongst other things,  preparation of notes for court and extensive administration duties. Grace focuses on the West Midlands region, providing recruitment solutions for all temporary and contract legal assignments.
