Corporate Associate, NQ to 4 PQE, Jersey

The opportunity

A global offshore firm is seeking a high-performing Corporate Lawyer to join its offices in the Jersey, working within one of the jurisdiction's most reputable corporate departments.

As the successful Corporate Lawyer, you will be in a transactional role working on matters such as mergers, acquisitions and disposals (public and private), private equity, debt & equity capital markets, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and the formation of investment funds. 

You should be around NQ to 4 years' PQE. You must be admitted to practice law in a commonwealth jurisdiction and have the right to work in the EU. Your experience should come from a reputable law firm, and you should have a good academic track record.

The salary for this position is up to £90,000 (low tax), together with a generous benefits package including relocation (if required).
