The Company

This role is with a leading banking institution that have a global presence. They operate within personal, commercial and investment banking with a focus within the UK and Europe on the latter two. The company has been performing well in the last few years which has been reflected in both profit and headcount growth.

The Role

The purpose of this position is to manage both regulatory and internal disputes for the Bank. You will be expected to partner with the business to provide legal expertise that will aid Bank with any issues or investigations. You will be expected to work in conjunction with the Head of Litigation to achieve your objectives. The role will most likely be at Associate Director level.

What do you need?

  • Experienced contentious regulatory lawyer with experience in private practice
  • UK qualified lawyer (or in another recognised jurisdiction)
  • Experience in-house with a financial services business (desirable not essential)
