An International firm that are highly regarded for their work in the technology sector are looking to hire a junior associate to join their Commercial Technology practice in London. The firm can offer high-end multi-jurisdictional transactional work, a modern and progressive culture and the chance to work alongside leading practitioners within this space.

The team's client base is broad and includes blue-chip- technology suppliers, market-leading retailers, service providers, insurers and financial institutions. The role will consist of advising these clients on a range of non-contentious TMT matters such as outsourcing agreements, software licensing, cloud computing and distribution. The work in this team is truly international and will enable the successful individual to build a platform for a long and successful career within this area.

This Technology team are seeking an entrepreneurial and motivated junior lawyer who has undertaken a seat within an International, City or leading regional Commercial Technology team. Are good academic record is also required to be considered for this position.
