Real Estate 2+pqe Broad Based Work - Cool Client Base!

This mid-market international firm with a superb client roster is seeking a c.2-5pqe real estate associate. Whilst competitors have shrunk their real estate practices, this firm have grown in size and revenue year on year. They now lay claim to one of the largest real estate teams, meaning that they are able to advise on investment deals in excess of £100m and development deals with end values of approx. £500m.

You will have the opportunity to undertake a wide range of real estate matters. Work will encompass a range of real estate including development, Landlord & Tenant, investment and management for a range of clients in the areas that they focus on.

To be considered for this role you should have trained and practised with a well regarded commercial real estate practice (City or Regional) and have previous experience of real estate development work. You should also have good BD skills. Career track will be excellent with good long term partnership prospects. Competitive City Salary
