This role presents a great opportunity to join one of the largest teams of "core" R&I specialists in the Asia market. They differ from their competitors as they have very strong practices (Corporate, Capital Markets, Banking, DR) across the board in all key jurisdictions in Asia.

As a full service law firm in the region, they can deal with all aspects of a R&I deal in-house. They also have strong institutional relationships with key market players and offer an exceptional platform for an ambitious senior associate to develop a strong client base and practice. The role is primarily non contentious with a focus on financial restructuring and new money special situations investments.

To be considered for this role you should have gained solid R&I experience within a leading international firm. They are particularly open to candidates looking to relocate from London. Excellent and transparent career track to counsel and in the longer term good partner prospects
