A senior associate is sought by this international firm to join its well respected share plans and incentives team. Unusually for a fee earning role, it can be offered as part time or flexible working.
Share plans and incentives form part of the cross-practice group reward offering (remuneration, benefits and incentives), with particular focus on our global sectors. Current high profile reviews of executive remuneration by the government and other interested parties, the media spotlight on diversity and gender pay issues and growing awareness by employers of the need for financial education and the importance of financially-related workplace benefits, together with continuing all-party support for wider share ownership make it an exciting area in which to work.
To be considered for this role you will have trained with a leading City or national law firm and gained at least 7 or more years’ post qualification experience in share plans and incentives in a transactional and/or advisory context, usually from a background within a tax, corporate or employment group.
The firm has an entrepreneurial and commercial approach to its business and can offer genuine long-term career prospects to senior lawyers who can demonstrate the ability to help grow their practice group.
