If you are looking to broaden your banking practice, this US firm in London is looking for a mid-level banking lawyer to take on a wide range of work which includes leveraged/acquisition finance, project finance, structured finance and general lending. Whilst the banking group is small, the quality of work is second to none. They are keen to talk to lawyers in any one of these areas who would like to diversify their practice. The firm has a friendly, inclusive culture in the London office and furthermore, there is not the long working hours often expected at other US firms. A move to this team would also allow you to take on more responsibility and more exposure to deals .
To be considered for the role you will have gained a minimum of 3 years’ PQE at a top rated London or national firm, in any one of the above areas of banking.
