An excellent opportunity for a Paralegal seeking a Training Contract.
A mid-sized City firm who punch above their weight in terms of clients and work are seeking a talented LPC graduate to join their Real Estate Department as a Paralegal PA.
The department comprises of Partners who cover transactional real estate, property litigation and construction and the successful paralegal can look forward to gaining experience across all areas. The work will vary from PA duties such as organising meetings, liaising with clients and taking minutes to high level paralegal duties such as drafting collateral warrantees, including leases and licenses to alter.
The role has arisen as the current Paralegal PA has been offered a Training Contract with the firm as they impressed during their time as a Paralegal PA. The firm are seeking another Paralegal PA and are seeking someone of ‘Training Contract calibre’ as there is the chance they would look to progress them in the same way.
They are therefore seeking applications from Paralegal candidates who can demonstrate a stellar academic record for example A’s and B’s at A-Level, at least a 2.1 and a Commendation or Distinction in the LPC. The LPC is essential for this role.
Ideally you will also have 6 months Paralegal experience. Property, real estate, construction or litigation experience will be ideal, but the firm are open to any commercial area. They are also open to someone who has experience from a London firm or someone who has experience at a Regional firm seeking to move to London.
Apply today for this Paralegal role as ideally they want to interview next week.
