JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-2

THE ROLE:
As a self-motivated, driven and intellectually flexible Commercial Property Solicitor, you will become a vital part of a top tier Real Estate team, conducting a dynamic and exciting caseload. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of complex matters, including large scale property development, urban regeneration and self-invested pension schemes. The role requires a demonstrable flair for the entire lifecycle of commercial property matters, from support on site assembly to sale. You gain excellent exposure to a varied range of clients, including investment companies, well known national developers, healthcare companies and retail franchises. Displaying excellent technical skills and a desire to excel within the team, you will be given high levels of responsibility from the outset handling a full range of real estate matters both nationally and internationally.
THE CANDIDATE:
As an innovative, driven and highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor from a leading City or national practice, you will be motivated to excel within a top tier team. You will have demonstrable experience thriving in a challenging environment and handling a range of commercial property matters, most importantly being keen to develop your knowledge and support the growth of the business. This firm boasts a collaborative and collegiate culture, providing an atmosphere in which you are able to fully develop your skill set. Whilst foreign language capability would be highly beneficial for this role, it is not a necessity. You will be proactive in your involvement with business development initiatives, and dedicated to promoting the firm's image both in and out of the workplace.
