Job Details
A rare opportunity has arisen for a property lawyer to make the move in-house and join a successful services business in Cheshire.
As part of a small, well-established and close-knit team you will support the business of a range of deals including development work, residential property matters and commercial projects.
The Role
- Supporting the business in property finance deals
- Sending out new instructions to external solicitors
- Reporting to underwriters
- Title checks
- Preparing security documentation
- Wayleave and s.106 agreements
This role would be suited to a lawyer with experience of both commercial and residential property, perhaps as part of a recent training contract. Knowledge of bridging finance or development work would be advantageous but isn't essential. It's important that you can fit in to a friendly, open and very fast paced business.
