Job Details
CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of a Sheffield based law firm for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their City Centre office.
The firm are welcoming applications from qualified solicitors or experienced non qualified fee earners with experience in running a mixed Clinical Negligence caseload, in either Claimant or defendant work.
The successful candidate will be working within a supportive team but enjoy a good amount of autonomy. They will be responsible for taking client instructions, advising on chances of success of the claim, instructing medical experts, managing interim payments, assessing the value of claims and quantum and preparing the cases for trial.
