Senior Contracts Manager - In House

A leading name in the financial services sector seeks to appoint a Senior Contracts Manager c 10 PQE

THE ROLE

As a key member of a growing team, you will be responsible for managing global, high value, complex multi-jurisdictional strategic outsourcing contracts as well as advising on shared services and related intra-group service arrangements.

You will act as the principal point of contact in relation to the contract and commercial aspects for the global BPO providers and shared services contracts.

As a team leader, the post holder will be expected to manage and mentor a team handling the following:-

Managing designated contracts, terms and business requirements, including managing contract changes, tracking deliverables and obligations and overseeing effective contract governance.

Managing all aspects of the contract from inception to completion

Supporting the creation of new global outsourcing deals or existing deals being renegotiated,

Governance - Training and managing governance forums and supplier meetings, managing contractual and commercial issues. Risk Management

Provision of advice to the business on contractual obligations and terms

This is a business facing role, working with the most senior levels of the organisation, the post-holder will be expected to build relationships with stakeholders, ensuring they are appropriately engaged and briefed on material contract changes and commercial issues.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity you will have a solid commercial contracts background with experience of;-

BPO and /or supplier delivery related roles.

Previous experience of working in commercial contract management, ideally with experience of working in the group/corporate headquarters of an international corporation, managing multi-jurisdictional contracts.

Experience of working with senior managers and business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and leading relationships with senior supplier executives.

Experience of managing other types of outsourcing, such as ITOs and Shared Service Centres.

The role could be based on the South Coast or M4 Corridor
