You will be given all the support to Grow within this Entrepreneurial Firm. They are looking to invest heavily across all their Corporate and Banking Departments due to the large client base they possess. The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Senior Corporate Associate into their thriving Sheffield office.

The firm has one of the largest and most highly ranked corporate teams in the market, they have won numerous awards in recent years.

This award-winning team, top tier department has been growing in recent years. You will deal with a broad and varied caseload, it will be high-quality work which will include; Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets

This role comes with excellent prospects, you will also get good client exposure to an impressive client base.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer with at least 3-7 years PQE
• You will have good technical experience working for a leading corporate department
• First class interpersonal and communication skills are essential
• Salary is very competitive and dependent on your background, plus an industry leading benefits package
