Job Details
We are looking for an Immigration Paralegal to working with a leading Immigration and Employment Partner at a top 20 UK Law firm. Their immigration client base largely comprises of UK, North American and Asian based corporate clients. The work will be focussed on Private Client and Corporate Immigration, including the below:
- Tier 2 sponsor licence applications
- Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer and Tier 2 General applications
- Tier 1 visa applications, including investors and entrepreneurs
- EEA-related applications and advising on Brexit
- General advice on recruitment strategy
The suitable Paralegal will have at least 2 years Corporate or Private Client Immigration experience and be comfortable in looking after clients and looking after their ongoing Immigration queries.
