FIRM

Our client is an impressive US headquartered firm with offices spanning 4 continents. The London office is among the firms largest where they operate a full-service offering.

Within this offering, Energy & Natural Resources is core to the firms strategy, highlighted for significant growth over the coming years. Under this industry sector, they advise clients on M&A, Project Finance, Construction, Trading and Dispute Resolution.

POSITION

The successful candidate will work within this team of dedicated Energy & Resources lawyers on the full range of non-contentious construction and project development matters.

Projects are often international and as such you will work with teams from a variety of offices.  

Recent construction projects have included, but are not limited to oil, gas, mining, power, renewables and infrastructure.

CANDIDATE

You are likely to be between 2-5 PQE, currently working within a leading law firm or energy/infrastructure organisation. You will be qualified in a common law jurisdiction.

Strong non-contentious construction and/or commercial projects experience is important. This experience will ideally have come from both domestic and international projects within the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of an international team is important, as is working autonomously.
