This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate in Real Estate to work within a widely acknowledged market leading law firm in Manchester city centre. This team are renown for their excellent client base, client contact and flexible approach to working.
Who we're looking for
Applications will be considered from experienced Real Estate Solicitors, minimum of 5-7 years PQE with a solid track record in working on commercial Real Estate matters including non-contentious landlord and tenant issues. You will also have experience of asset management work. As a senior, you will be expected to share you technical experience mentoring and developing junior associates.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate in Real Estate to work in private practice whilst having responsibilities that are more aligned to in-house work. You will be focused on providing high quality legal, commercial solutions and advice to your clients on a variety of Real Estate matters with particular focus on Asset Management work ensuring a consistent level of client service is provided at all times. You will be supervising the work of junior lawyers and paralegals, providing the relevant guidance, support and development.
