Are you a commercial lawyer with 2 to 5 years PQE and looking to join a renowned Commercial Team in Birmingham?  Do you have what it takes to join a substantial practice with one of the leading and most established law practices in the UK?  This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2-5 PQE Commercial Solicitor to take on a varied caseload in the heart of Birmingham.
 
The firm operates across a network of offices nationwide providing a full range of commercial services across a variety of sectors.  They now seek to recruit a commercial lawyer from 2 to 5 years PQE to join their Commercial Team based in our Birmingham office.
 
The role:
 

• Undertaking a varied caseload from large projects through to small matters
• Supporting household name clients both locally and national.
• Client facing role with excellent client contact opportunities.
• High profile clients with a caseload of work is high quality and dynamic
• The breadth of the commercial practice means there will be opportunities to the successful candidate to get a broad range of experience supporting a wide variety of projects and sectors.  

 
About You:
 

• The successful candidate will have gained experience in a large commercial practice specialising in drafting, negotiating and advising clients on a wide range of commercial contracts including both goods and services. 
• The experience would be broad and include distribution and agency agreements, outsourcing agreements and project work.  A good understanding of data protection and intellectual property law would be beneficial but is not essential. 
• You must be technically excellent, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
• You will be a team player with a can-do attitude and a strong client focused approach
• You will have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
