Commercial / IP Solicitor
An award winning, Top 100 UK Law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial / IP Solicitor / Associate to join their expanding Commercial department.
There is flexibility for you to be based in either the Bristol or Exeter office.
Working within a very pro active team you will handle a broad range of non-contentious and contentious commercial law work, including IP disputes.
You will be required to undertake a variety of duties including but not limited to; Negotiating & drafting contracts with IP subject matter e.g distribution and merchandising agreements, providing support on disputes and opposition work and organising and conducting IP audits.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised solicitor with 4 Yrs + PQE and technically excellent.
You will be committed to delivering exceptional client care and be experienced with creating and developing client relationships with new and prospective clients.
Due to the wide mixture of intellectual property and commercial law work an interest or experience in the retail, consumer products, luxury goods, or technology sectors is an advantage, but not essential.
On offer is a very competitive salary and benefits package including 25 days holiday, enhanced maternity & paternity pay and discretionary bonus scheme.
Salary is DOE - £48,000 - £60,000
