In House – Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts – Financial Services Advisory Services - 2+ pqe - London

Our client is a Financial Services Advisory Services Company based in London.

They are looking to expand their established legal team with the hire of a junior to mid-level Corporate Commercial lawyer with at least 2 years’ experience preferably within the financial services environment . As Legal Counsel you will report directly to the General Counsel.
This position will offer the business support on a variety of matters including; negotiating and advising on contracts, ad hoc legal and regulatory projects, maintenance, corporate compliance and Company Secretarial work.

Candidates are sought with solid City commercial experience with private practice training and /or in-house experience where exposure to trading documentation for exchange traded products, ISDA and other financial documents would be a bonus .

This is an exciting role in a dynamic organisation with a growing legal team that will suit a commercially minded and outgoing individual. Pensions and bonus potential are impressive as are their London city offices.
