High profile IP practice are looking to recruit a Patent Litigation Solicitor, 3-5 yrs PQE to work on truly immersive, top-tier patent litigation.

You will be tasked with managing specific projects on their high profile patent litigation caseload. They therefore require someone who can demonstrate a track record in this field, with experience of supervising and guiding more junior associates, and who can demonstrate experience in High Court and/or IPEC litigation cases.

In a medium sized team there is a tangible opportunity to handle a significant proportion of the litigation caseloads, beyond the usual remit of many equally qualified associates in larger firms. You will be given the opportunity to build on your abilities to operate autonomously within a collaborative, inclusive and modern working environment.
