A Leading Colchester law firm is currently seeking a Junior Property Litigation Solicitor. Candidates who have civil and commercial litigation experience but wish to specialise in property litigation work will also be considered.

Operating in the East of England for over 150 years, this dynamic firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.

It is essential you have a grounding within property litigation (ideally including enfranchisement) and will be able and willing to support the wider litigation team in dealing with the broader range of matters including commercial litigation, contentious probate and professional negligence matters when needed.

What is required is someone ambitious, that will help in the future growth of a burgeoning department, with clear ideas on future business development and a desire to move towards partnership over the course of the next few years.

Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 1 year PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable firm. The ideal candidate will be NQ-3 years PQE.
