We have been retained by an insurance agency with a first class warranty and indemnity insurance (M&A insurance) brand in their search for an individual to lead their entry into the tax underwriting market.

The firm presently have a highly successful W&I MGA with international reach and now want to develop the tax liability offering with the hire of an experienced corporate tax professional. An existing infrastructure is in place with a binder agreement in place to carry taxation risks internationally.

The business is keen to talk to corporate tax lawyers, big 4 tax professionals or current market underwriting / Brokers.

There is a significant compensation structure with an equity/share option.
