Our client, a Legal 500 firm, have an opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join its team.
The team offer specialist sector experience in a variety of areas, to include manufacturing, healthcare and financial services.
With proven experience of corporate finance and transactional work, you will provide effective support across the firm's corporate group. The role will suit an excellent communicator, with the ability to prioritise and be a strong team player.
