Property Associate 2-5 PQE

Join a highly-respected and long established national firm with an enviable growing client base. Seeking a talented, experienced Commercial Property Specialist to work directly with the Property Partners in Nottingham. Clients include public companies, government owned corporations, property trusts, large private developers and land owners.

You will have at least 2 years' experience in a variety of commercial property areas, including:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals (including all transactional steps such as drafting and negotiation of documentation, due diligence, stamp duty and GST advice)
• Retail, commercial and industrial leasing (acting for lessor and lessee)
• Option documentation
• Drafting development agreements and other documentation to facilitate development
• Resumptions and easements

Your sound legal knowledge, strong time management skills and proven marketing ability are essential. You will gain wide exposure to a variety of quality commercial property matters and will be encouraged to develop direct business relationships with your clients, working quite autonomously and with a high level of client interaction.
